Export Integrations
usertrax provides seamless integration with major advertising platforms to automatically import your conversion data. This enables better campaign optimization, improved attribution, and more accurate ROI tracking.
How Export Integrations Work
Section titled “How Export Integrations Work”When you configure an export integration, usertrax automatically sends your conversion data to the respective advertising platform using their offline conversion import APIs. This process:
- Captures conversion events from your tracking script
- Matches with ad clicks using platform-specific click IDs (gclid, msclkid, etc.)
- Imports conversion data with full attribution details
- Updates campaign performance in real-time

Transmission log
Section titled “Transmission log”usertrax logs every transmission. In the dashboard under Exports, open an export destination and use the Log button in its detail view: it shows the list of transmissions with time, direction, status, record count, and — on failure — details on the cause.
Successful transmissions are logged alongside failures and rejected access, such as an expired access token or wrong credentials on a pull. Conversions that were deliberately not sent (for example because a filter didn’t match, or the plan doesn’t include the feature) do not appear in the log. Entries are kept for 90 days.
For push destinations (Meta, LinkedIn) the log records the conversion IDs that were handed to the platform — how many of those were actually confirmed is shown separately in the record count; a failed push also shows the ad platform’s response. For pull destinations (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Custom) it records the count and ID range — a pull returns the same time window on every poll, so listing individual IDs would imply a precision that doesn’t exist. A rejected pull means usertrax refused the request itself (wrong credentials or an inactive destination) — not that the ad platform responded.
