Getting started

This checklist takes you from domain settings to the first feedback submission in the dashboard.

Checklist

Section titled “Checklist”

  1. Enable feedback for the domain

    Open Domains in the usertrax dashboard, edit the domain you want, and enable Feedback widget. Set language (de / en), position (bottom-right / bottom-left), and primary/accent colors.

  2. Add the script

    Copy the embed snippet for that domain and add the script to your website (in addition to the tracker, if you use it). Details: Installation.

  3. Verify the first submission

    Open your site, click the feedback button, send a test rating, and check the entry under Feedback in the dashboard. Filter by domain and status if you need to find it quickly.
