Viewing feedback

Each submission sends multipart/form-data with:

• payload (JSON): rating, comment, email, page URL/title/referrer, viewport, user agent, locale, identified user metadata, buffered errors, optional session_id
• screenshot (optional PNG): attached when the visitor adds a screenshot

Submissions are scoped to the domain associated with your auth key.

1. Go to Feedback in the main navigation
2. Filter by domain, rating, or status
3. Open a submission to see comment, metadata, screenshot, and captured errors
4. Mark items as read or archived

Without the tracker there is no session link; rating, comment, page, and screenshot are still available. For full context, embed both scripts.
