Feedback widget

Your analytics says 97% don't buy. It doesn't say why.

The feedback widget asks exactly the people who are about to bounce – right on the page, with an automatic screenshot. No second tool, no second script.

What's missing between the numbers

Numbers show the what, not the why

You can see that 60% abandon the checkout. Whether it's the shipping cost, the missing PayPal button or a broken field on iPhone – no dashboard will tell you.

Email surveys reach the wrong people

People who bounce don't leave an email address. So you end up surveying the customers for whom everything worked – and wondering why the results look good.

Bug reports without a picture are useless

“The button doesn't work” – on which page, in which browser, at what resolution? Without a screenshot and context, every report costs half an hour of follow-up questions.

How it works

01

Switch it on in the dashboard

One toggle. The widget is part of the tracking script that's already on your site – there's nothing extra to install.

02

The visitor speaks up

They click the feedback button, write two sentences and send. A screenshot of the page is generated automatically – they don't have to upload or explain anything.

03

You get the message plus context

The feedback lands in your dashboard with the screenshot, page URL, browser, device – and the channel the visitor arrived from.

What makes it different

Screenshot without effort

The widget captures the page exactly as the visitor sees it. You see the bug instead of having it described to you.

Feedback with channel context

Nobody else does this: you see which channel the frustrated visitors come from. If every complaint traces back to one TikTok campaign, your site isn't the problem – the expectation the ad creates is.

No second script

No extra tool, no extra subscription, no extra entry in your privacy policy.

GDPR compliant

Only the data the visitor submits themselves is collected. No session recording, no mouse tracking, no silent capture.

Common questions

Doesn't a widget like this annoy visitors?
Only if you configure it to be pushy. By default it's a small button at the edge that does nothing until someone clicks it – not a pop-up that jumps in their face after ten seconds.
Is personal data collected?
Only what the visitor voluntarily writes into the form. The screenshot is generated on their device and only transmitted when they hit send. There's no session recording and no capture of input that was never submitted.
Can I change the look and the wording?
Yes – position, colour, button label and the question in the form can all be changed in the dashboard without touching any code.

Stop guessing why they don't buy.

The widget is included in every plan – one toggle in the dashboard, that's it.
